During a special program titled "Innovation, Technology Commercialization and Venture Capital," Chris Coburn, Chief Technology Commercialization Officer at the Cleveland Clinic offered UH faculty and researchers a behind the scenes look at how the Cleveland Clinic successfully accomplishes technology commercialization.
Barry and Virginia Weinman later hosted an intimate dinner at their home to introduce the Coburns to friends and faculty interested in the role venture capital can play in encouraging innovation and nurturing research excellence.
