FEI-Hawaii establishes an endowed scholarship at the Shidler College of Business

HONOLULU — The Hawaii Chapter of Financial Executives International (FEI) has established a $35,000 endowed scholarship at the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa Shidler College of Business. This endowment will fund scholarships to undergraduate students majoring in accounting and/or finance at the College.

“The Hawaii Chapter of Financial Executives International is a proud supporter of education,” says Randall Kawano, FEI Treasurer (BBA ‘81). “For many years, we have supported the Shidler College of Business through annual scholarship donations, as well as Business Night awards. The establishment of an endowment fund allows us to support accounting and finance students in perpetuity. I’m happy to say that we’ve had overwhelming support from our membership.”
