Judy Nagai has joined University of Hawaiʻi Foundation as senior executive director of campaign planning.
As a member of UHF’s senior management team, Nagai is responsible for leading the overall planning, strategy and execution of UHF’s campaign. She also oversees UHF’s Corporate and Foundation Relations team.
Nagai joins UHF from University of the Pacific in Stockton, California, where she supported all aspects of the school’s recent $300 million campaign, which surpassed its goal by more than $2 million. Prior to that she held a range of campaign leadership positions including campaign director at California State University, Sacramento, and assistant dean for development and external relations at the UC Davis Graduate School of Management.
Nagai holds a doctor of philosophy degree in educational leadership from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, a master’s of education from the University of Vermont and a bachelor of science degree from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
