Student Regent, Jeffrey Acido talks about the social and economic benefits he has experienced as a scholarship recipient. Thanks to the University of Hawai'i Foundation and the John and Gertrude Moir Educational Fund Jeffrey is able to pursue his PhD at UH Mānoa.
