Dermatology Foundation

Applications are invited for the 2022 Research Awards Program, which offers a variety of research awards intended to further the specialty and enable advancements in patient care. An emphasis will be placed on supporting research that benefits the dermatology community at large and has significant potential to advance patient care. Applications concerning health issues that impact minority groups, including but not limited to racial minorities, sexual and gender/LGBTQ minorities, and underserved/disadvantaged populations are encouraged.

All DF-funded research must be conducted in the United States under the sponsorship of a department/division of dermatology that is ACGME-approved for training in dermatology. A project involving human subjects must have IRB approval when funding commences and throughout the award term.
