Applications are invited for programs that serve young women who are disadvantaged by poverty, discrimination, geographic isolation, lack of comprehensive sex education, hostile public policy, or other factors with potential to lead to inadequate sexual and reproductive health. Priority will be given to new programs, initiatives, or innovations within already successful programs. Programs at new or grassroots organizations capable of providing excellent services also will be considered.
Concept papers are due by November 1, 2021.
