Cystic Fibrosis Foundation

Grants will be awarded in support of basic research studies focused on developing and testing new hypotheses in areas relevant to cystic fibrosis. Information derived from such studies must have the potential to lead to submission to other funding agencies such as the National Institutes of Health. Proposed work must be hypothesis-driven and must reflect innovative approaches to critical questions in CF research. Priority will be given to projects that propose a better understanding of the mechanisms behind disease pathophysiology and develop strategies to prevent or treat CF.

Eligible applicants must be independent investigators. U.S. residents and applicants from outside the U.S. are welcome to apply.
