Livestrong Foundation

Grants will be awarded to organizations that are developing cutting-edge, inventive, and sustainable solutions to overlooked cancer problems. Focus areas include:

• Nutrition: Examples include but are not limited to nutrient-dense food delivery, prescriptive eating strategies, provider training, patient communication strategies, remedies promoting taste and texture, food preparation education, timely nutrition counseling, health and wellness support groups, and motivational and goal-driven interventions.
• Mental Health: Examples include but are not limited to multidisciplinary psychosocial support, social-emotional support programs, stress-reduction techniques, support-matching programs, communication clarification tools, peer to peer support, coping strategies training, and whole-person caregiving tools. 

Funding priorities include reaching the underserved, serving communities of color, defeating digital discord, and equitable access to solutions. Projects must be aligned with the Livestrong mission, Livestrong purpose statement, and focus areas/funding priorities.
