Elsa U. Pardee Foundation - Cancer Research Grants

Applications are invited from investigators at US nonprofit institutions who are working to identify new treatments or cures for cancer.

The foundation encourages one-year proposals that enable all the capabilities of a new cancer researcher or a new cancer approach by an established cancer researcher to be established. The foundation anticipates that this early-stage funding may lead to subsequent and expanded support from a government agency or other source. In addition, the project should identify the relevance of the project to cancer detection, treatment, or cure.

Postdoctoral research investigators on the tenure track with a tenured mentor are eligible to apply. Priority will be given to researchers who are new to cancer research or established research investigators examining new approaches to a cancer cure.
