NIHCM Foundation - Investigator-initiated Health Services Research Grants

Grants will be awarded to new and existing grantees in support of innovative investigator-initiated research with high potential to inform improvements to the U.S. healthcare system. Projects must advance the existing knowledge base healthcare financing, delivery, management and/or policy. Priority will be given to research studies that address issues of broad significance for the U.S. healthcare system and that have a high potential to produce timely results and reach key target audiences. Expected project impact is paramount.

Applications are invited from individual researchers and all types of organizations and institutions, including both nonprofit and for-profit entities. Multiple submissions are permitted from a single researcher, organization, or university department.

Selected applicants will be invited to submit a full ten-page proposal, due in September 2022.
