Pfizer - Telemedicine/Telehealth for the Rheumatology Community

Grants will be awarded to support projects that focus on addressing knowledge and practice gaps related to the utilization and optimization of telemedicine/telehealth in the care of patients with rheumatological conditions. Pfizer is particularly interested in programs that focus on any or all the following areas of need:

• The education of healthcare professionals regarding effective implementation of telehealth in their practice and/or:
• The development, implementation, and/or optimization of existing tools designed to facilitate remote interaction between patients and HCPs for diagnosing, monitoring, and managing patients with rheumatological conditions.
• Support patients and/or caregivers with rheumatological conditions utilize telehealth/telemedicine services via education and awareness on the value of telehealth/telemedicine for optimal patient outcomes and/or; community outreach plans and/or public access plans; or how to plan and conduct a successful telehealth/telemedicine call.
