The Foundation Account Balance report provides the cash balance as of the run date and all cash transactions to the account within the chosen period. Cash Balance does not include Account Payable or Encumbrances.
Report Output
| Data Field | Description |
| Cash Balance as of XX/XX/XXXX | Actual cash in the account as of date. |
| Post Date | The date the transaction was posted to the financial system. |
| Object Description | Object code (this will be link to the object code page) and object code description; chart of accounts, transaction classification. |
| Check Number | Check and number reference. |
| Cash Balance | Actual cash in the account after the transaction. |
