Former UH Business Dean Ralph Hook Establishes $50,000 Scholarship at the Shidler College of Business

(Honolulu, Hawaiʻi) — The University of Hawaiʻi Foundation is proud to announce the establishment of the Ralph and Joyce Hook, Jr. Endowed Scholarship Fund at the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa Shidler College of Business. Together with Shidler Matching Gift Fund, the scholarship endowment totals $50,000.

Shidler College of Business Alumni in Asia Gives $250,000 for Scholarships

(Honolulu, Hawaiʻi) — On a recent trip to Asia, University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa Shidler College of Business Dean V. Vance Roley received $250,000 in scholarship funds from Shidler (SHY-dler) College of business alumni living in Hong Kong and Japan. Roley travels annually to Japan, Hong Kong, Guangzhou and Vietnam to attend student — and alumni-related events.
